Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic PR and Influencer Specialist to enhance our brand’s visibility, engage with influencers, and execute effective PR strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing media relations, collaborating with influencers, and creating brand-aligned campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and media presence.
• Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders in the literary and e-commerce space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and publications to secure coverage.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and measure PR campaign effectiveness through analytics.
• Manage crisis communication and handle any brand-related PR issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR and influencer strategies with overall brand goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong network of media contacts and influencers, especially in the lifestyle, books, and e-commerce industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and PR best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
