Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our General Insurance product. This individual will play a crucial role in our Inside Sales team by generating leads from our online form, engaging with potential clients, and driving them through the sales funnel to convert them into orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Conversion:
  
• Handle leads generated via the website and pitch the General Insurance product to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate product offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle to drive orders and increase revenue.
• Sales Targets:
  
• Meet and exceed hard sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Track and report on sales performance and take proactive actions to meet targets.
• Manage sales performance with a focus on both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
• Training and Product Knowledge
  
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and industry updates to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with the Inside Sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies to improve overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to order conversion.
• Incentives and Revenue Growth:
  
• Earn performance-based incentives linked to products sold and revenue generated.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company’s insurance offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on General Insurance products (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and effectively present products.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience with lead generation and sales funnel management is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and services, with a proactive approach to ongoing training and development.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of the General Insurance industry and products.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on experience.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives on product sales and revenue generation.
