Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding team. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, with a deep understanding of the technical skills and expertise required in the unmanned aerial mobility space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and has a strong interest in how technology will shape the future.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Attract top talent by effectively selling our company culture, values, and innovative products to potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture and values.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that highlight the unique opportunities and benefits of working with us.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications Experience
Bachelor s degree in engineering, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or deep tech sector.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and aerospace engineers.
Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Hands on experience working with various job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
