Job Description
Job Title: Executive - Talent Acquisition
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment. The Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
