We are looking for a Technical Sales Intern to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to understand, manage, and drive progress on specific programs while identifying and converting sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling and communication skills, enthusiasm for technology, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration with Leadership
Work closely with senior leadership to track and report daily progress on various projects.
Assist in maintaining program milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide insights and support leadership in strategic decision-making.
2. Sales Support and Opportunity Conversion
Identify potential sales opportunities and support in their conversion by aligning client needs with BonVs offerings.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
Assist in negotiations and building long-term client relationships.
3. Market Research & Strategy Development
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and potential client segments.
Provide actionable recommendations based on industry insights to refine sales strategies.
4. Program Management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs are progressing as planned.
Identify bottlenecks or challenges in ongoing programs and propose solutions.
5. Storytelling and Communication
Craft compelling narratives to present BonV s solutions in a way that resonates with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create impactful sales collateral.
Requirements
1. Educational Background
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering.
2. Skills & Attributes
Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Familiarity with drone technology and applications is preferred.
Capability to utilize new-age AI tools for market analysis and communication is preferred.
Prior experience in technical sales or product-related industries is a plus.
