Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Intern to support BHIVE s Sales department. This is
an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain practical experience in sales, client interaction, and
business development while contributing to the organization s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Assist in identifying and sourcing new leads through research, cold calling, and
email campaigns.
Support in maintaining a database of potential clients and tracking outreach
activities.
Client Relationship Management
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present
tailored solutions.
Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing
excellent service.
Sales Support
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing
materials.
Help manage and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads,
prospects, and clients. Market Research & Insights
Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business
opportunities.
Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Collaboration
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales
initiatives and campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or
related fields.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
