Quick Commerce Executive

Order Management:

Monitor and ensure timely order processing and delivery within established timelines.

Coordinate warehouse teams for real-time inventory updates.

Need to handle quick commerce platforms Blinkit, Flipkart minutes, Zepto & Bigbasket.

Resolve operational issues swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Work with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock replenishment.

Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

Logistics & Partner Coordination:

Liaise with delivery partners to ensure prompt and efficient delivery.

Assist in onboarding new delivery partners and train them on processes.

Need to handle the logistics, scheduling & rescheduling the appointments.

Customer Support & Satisfaction:

Address customer complaints and queries promptly.

Gather feedback and work with the team to enhance service quality

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order fulfilment, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfilment process and propose improvements.

Collaborate with the tech team to enhance platform features and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with quick commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• May require weekend or shift work based on operational needs.
