Senior Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Assure customer orders are properly received, processed and delivered
• Work with sales teams on reconciling and confirming customers orders
• Work with 3rd party warehouse and company internal logistics to ensure customers requirements are met and orders get shipped accordingly
• Processing credit cards payments and provide customers with invoices/receipts.
• Responsible for generating invoices and renewal process for client’s subscribers
• Day to day operations—tracking, tracing, reporting, process documentation, etc.
• Good accounting skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / Master’s Degree (B.Com)
• The ideal candidate should have at least 2- 4 years of relevant industry experience with knowledge on Order Processing and Fulfilment processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
