Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Officer / Order Management In charge / MIS Executive to join our team at Ranchpride Agrocomm Private Limited. This role involves managing end-to-end e-commerce order operations, inventory control, and reporting through MIS systems. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless order processing flow, from receipt to final delivery, and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Handle the complete order fulfilment process from order receipt to final delivery across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock availability, coordinate with the warehouse team, and update inventory systems for accurate order processing.
• Order Tracking: Track and monitor order status on various platforms and ensure timely dispatch.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to maintain smooth order flow and resolve order-related issues.
• Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order and inventory reports using MIS systems.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the order processing cycle and recommend solutions for efficiency improvement.
• Peak Period Management: Handle high-volume order processing during peak periods, such as festivals or promotional campaigns.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for on-time order dispatch and delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve order discrepancies and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administrations, operations, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools for data analysis and MIS.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems and also with Online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially in order discrepancies or delays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
