Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development Support:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and pitches.
    • Track and manage business development activities and follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and strategies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.

Administrative Support:

    • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing information and requests.
    • Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and other business documentation.

Client Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
    • Assist in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Analyze data to track performance metrics and business development outcomes.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development initiatives and outcomes for executives.

Project Coordination:

    • Support the planning and execution of business development projects, including events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project management.

Market Insight and Trends:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for strategy formulation.
    • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and gather market intelligence.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Prior experience in business development, sales, or executive assistance is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and data analysis tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed recommendations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
