Education: B. Tech / M. Tech in Civil/ Structural Engineering


Job Description:

• Should have experience in designs of Telecom and T&D towers & should have hands on experience on TLVA (Tower loading validation Analysis) & PLVA (Pole loading validation Analysis) and provide strengthening solutions for existing towers thru reverse engineering mechanism.
• Should be able to handle all civil and structural designs other than Telecom and Power.

Telecom Domain Knowledge:

Design evaluation of new built sites, reverse engineering analysis of existing towers.

1. Tower loading validation analysis and pole loading validation analysis.
2. Tower Design and detailing for different antenna loadings.
3. Foundation Designs for Ground Based and Roof Top Towers.
4. Structural stability and analysis of existing buildings.
5. SERC/IIT Approvals for new Designs.
6. Soli testing and Investigation
7. Transmission Lines Domain Knowledge:
1. Structural Designs for transmission towers.
2. Detail and check survey for transmission lines.
3. SERC/CPRI Approvals and Tower Testing.
8. Soil testing and Investigation
9. Industrial and Residential Buildings:
1. Site survey and layout preparation.
2. Structural Design & Drawings for Industrial and Residential Buildings.
3. Architectural plans.
4. Site inspections, quality and quantity audits
10. Should be able to handle team size of approximately 20 people
11. Should have knowledge and hands-on experience of all latest design software, detailing software.
12. Should know latest updates and design software on building constructions
13. Responsible for overall business operations of designs segment including business development, team deployment, team training, providing design solutions to customers, Billing, MIS, payments from Customers, Business P&L
