Job Objective Seeking a candidate who has the acumen and zeal to work in Indias largest industrial hemp company with a core responsibility to undertake quality control and production coordination for the companies products.
Job Description - Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between departments of manufacturing plant to expedite production. - Maintain records and report quality of goods, raw material & packaging material received at the factory. - Maintain quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. - Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes. - Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports. - Prepares batch by batch production reports. - Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. - Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. - Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services - Recommends response to complaints, considering test reports, production records, legal standards, and complaint validity. - Monitor and report on the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics. - Maintaining an up-to-date data base of the logistics options and cost effectively connecting consignments - Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. - Develop and implement quality control standards for inbound and outbound goods. - Ensure storage of items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas - Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
Education - UG: Any Graduate: Bachelor in Pharmacy or Production Engineer - PG: Any Post Graduate: Any Specialization - Doctorate: Not Required
