Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle through various engagement and retention strategies to reduce funnel drop-offs.
Establish and implement best practices for cohort creation, database marketing, measurement, evaluation, data capture, maintenance, and customer/prospect list selection.
Must have a decent understanding of retention marketing tools like Webengage, Klaviyo, CleverTap, Engati etc.
