Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
  
• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Report Generation:
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
• Generate dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• System Management:
  
• Oversee the functionality of MIS systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades or enhancements.
• Ensure data security protocols are adhered to.
• Process Improvement:
  
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements.
• Support automation of routine tasks through advanced Excel or macros.
• Coordination:
  
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements.
• Provide training to staff on using MIS tools and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
