Area Sales Manager - Aesthetic Clinic


Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales operations within a designated territory, focusing on promoting and selling aesthetic products and services. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and supporting the clinic's overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quota and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales, including system delivery and installation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organize prospect lists, customer contacts, sales pipeline, and sales forecasting.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Practice Development Manager to ensure seamless implementation of products and services.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as business plans, expense reports, sales forecasting, and updating account profiles.
  • Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in internal company meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager, preferably in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight stays if necessary.
  • High integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

Location:- Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysore, Mumbai
