Role:-

1. Troubleshot and resolved technical issues with the C-Zentrix dialer software.

2. Created detailed reports on call volumes, response rates, and other relevant data.

3. Maintained daily logs of all calls made through the dialer system.

4. Monitored individual agent performance during live calls using real-time tools.

5. Managed Workforce Management (WFM) including scheduling and performance tracking.

6. Generated daily call center reports, such as No Show Data, Courtesy Data, PM Fresh Data & Daliy Rechurn data.

7. Managed daily agent logs, including APR (Average Handle Time), Break Reports, and Daliy Appointment Trackers.

8. Monitored and maintained the Average Appointment Tracker, Login/Logout Reports, and Roster Management.

9. Managed daily operations for outlet agents, Clinic Operations Executives, and Consultants for Salon & Clinic Calls Dashboard

10. Collaborated with the team to improve productivity, meet daily goals, and ensure smooth operations.
