Job Description

Supervise Housekeeping Team: Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned according to established standards.
Ensure Cleanliness Standards: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Inventory Management: Oversee the stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring that inventory is replenished as necessary and costs are controlled.
Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness, ensuring a timely and effective resolution to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the housekeeping team follows proper hygiene and safety standards, in line with health regulations and company policies.
Budget Control: Monitor department budget, ensuring costs for cleaning supplies, equipment, and staff are within the allocated budget.
Staff Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training for new hires and current staff to maintain high standards of housekeeping service, safety, and productivity.
Scheduling and Coordination: Develop daily cleaning schedules, assign tasks to staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department, ensuring all rooms and public areas are in excellent condition.
Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including inventory levels, staff performance, and guest satisfaction feedback
