Designing sheet metal, Weldment, Surface Modelling, Molding.
Generate detailed drawings for parts and assembly with suitable GD&T.
Responsible for planning, Designing and developing new prototypes.
Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for the projects.
Analyse new components, materials and technologies to make better products with
minimal cost.
Review prototypes and perform tests and finalise product design to facilitate mass
production.
Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce cost
Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents
Coordinating with planning dept,manufacturing dept along with Quality dept.
