We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Source-to-Pay Manager to join the ESO Onboarding team in the Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing Office. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID .

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Service fulfillment of requests for Market Data services (work orders, schedules for services).
• Coordination and tracking of the tasks within the Market Data Request Lifecycle.
• Processing of Market Data inventory updates based upon completed requests.
• Deliver excellent end to end customer service and prompt feedback to our clients for all requests
• Act as site lead and ensure Inventory Management, Order Management and Invoice Management teams are adhering to SLAs.
• Ensure quality control of inventory and work with the team to remediate discrepancies

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience with Market Data Manager Inventory System, Request Procurement Manager and associated interfaces.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger, and client invoicing, accounting software.
• Knowledge and experience with Service Now platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and management of large datasets.
• Interface with the Expense Validation team and close cooperation with market data business analysts, business managers, compliance, and market data sourcing.
