Job Description
- Develop and maintain analytics and reporting platforms using tools like Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and QRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models and dashboards to support business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and reporting.
- Create comprehensive and clear BRDs that accurately reflect the needs and expectations of the business.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks in reporting and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- 6+ Years of experience
- Proven experience in using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, QRM, and other analytics tools.
- Strong background in liquidity management or regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
