We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Continuity to join our Enterprise Resiliency Office -Business Continuity Incident Crisis Management Team. This role is in Pune, MH.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive BNY businesses in the execution of annual requirements of the Business Continuity Lifecycle (business impact analyses, risk assessments, recovery strategies, and testing)
• Ensure that recovery solutions developed by BNY businesses are in accordance with internal policies and are viable, realistic, and sustainable. This will include documenting and maintaining data in the Business Continuity system of record - Fusion
• Support BNY businesses in ensuring that client and regulatory expectations related to Business Continuity are met;
• Provide response and recovery support in contingency situations; bring BC Planning expertise when partnering with the Incident and Crisis Management team during incidents
• Participate in the third party contractual lifecycle and ensure BNY Business requirements are met in the Third Party commitments
• Contribute to program performance and risk metrics;
• Analysis of large data sets; transform data into intelligence that provides transparency and enables management of resiliency risks;
• Collect and prioritize feedback from internal partners relating to Business Continuity and Crisis Management tools
• No direct reports

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience within the financial services industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office products and general data management tools;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Fusion Risk Management is a plus;
• Takes initiative and has a desire to develop subject matter expertise and business acumen;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Confident, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Utilize and apply a risk-oriented perspective to deliver controls and mitigating solutions;
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
