We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control II to join our Operations Digital Transformation - Ops Change Governance team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide independent oversight and challenge to Ops AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to governance standards and best practices.
• Challenge and review Ops AI initiatives to ensure alignment to benefit realisation and Ops priorities
• Lead the creation of an Ops Community of Practice, serving as both an AI Triage Model for Ops AI and a Credible Challenge Function.
• Monitor and evaluate Ops AI Book of Work ensuring they continue meet operational and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across Ops Platforms and functions to develop a comprehensive AI data and metrics pack.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on AI Ops governance to build a strong foundation that empowers Operations employees to adopt an AI-first approach
  

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and best practices - AI governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience with data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, UiPath, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
