We re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our BNY team. This role is in Chennai -HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Expert in any of the IAM components viz SiteMinder, RSA Adaptive Authentication, RSA SecurID, Federation, LDAP, PAM solutions.
• 
  Not only in administration/development area but in-depth understanding of the components processing each and every request.
• 
  Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and full understanding of tuning and available configuration settings
• 
  Automation experience with Ansible play books and programming languages like Java, Perl, Python or Powershell scripting.
• 
  Working knowledge of HTTP protocol, cookies, headers, response codes, and how to troubleshoot.
• 
  Working knowledge of LDAP protocol, searches, responses, and how to troubleshoot.
• 
  Working experience with Apache and IIS WebServers. App Engine is added advantage.
• 
  Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle in regard to privileged accounts and how people use accounts.
• 
  Excellent Linux and Windows operating system knowledge.
• 
  Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure.
• 
  Experience with enterprise-level support of business-critical services.
• 
  Expert in application of authentication and authorization solutions to address business and security problems.
• 
  Experience with enterprise-level support of business-critical services.
• 
  Experience with technical documentation writing / knowledgebase article creation.
• 
  Strong motivation to analyze and improve systems and infrastructure.
• 
  Excellent organizational and communication skills.
