• To lead the design and development of user-centric products.
• In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to create intuitive, engaging, and seamless experiences across multiple platforms for multiple clients.
• You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and business requirements into thoughtful, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces, while also mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall design strategy.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, design systems, and responsive design.

What should you bring along

• Experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across various platforms.
• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and user testing.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop high-quality user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement designs and ensure design integrity throughout the development process.
• Establish and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and design standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.

Must have technical skill

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design software.

Good to have Technical skills
