Lead for BMW s Developer Experience and Agile Tool Chain Products in IN Hub. You shall join our dynamic team and drive the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our Agile toolchain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the enablement of software tools, technologies and developer standards across India Hub and directly contribute to the various tooling and developer experiences for the organization. You will be the lead for a team enagaged in implementation as well as measurement of coverage of these tools in the hub and across the organization. You will ensure seamless collaboration and efficient delivery across cross-functional teams.

• Deep knowledge in at least 3 or more of the DevOps Tools in Agile Tool Chain (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Sonarcube, Xray, Fortify, SeleniumBox, Grafana K6)
• Exposure to various DevOps Tools in Agile Tool Chain including but not restricted to Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Sonarcube, Xray, Fortify, SeleniumBox, Grafana K6
• Passionate to work with 800+ Hub members on enabling them and their application on Agile Tool Chain
• Understand the needs and pain points of the ATC users and take measures to improve the user experience and usage.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud concepts.
• Establish KPIs, Ability to extract data, analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to drive implementation of AI in delivery of these services
• Mindset to enhance the toolchain and drive Agile adoption within the organization.
• Identify problems and help to gain transparency
• Empower teams with tooling, training and services
• Ability to create Dashboards and present to Management.
• Being Proactive and an active learner, willingness to learn and adopt new things.
• Good Knowledge and experience in Agile processes including Scrum
• Experience in Change Management

Must have technical skill

Must have 10+ years of experience in Product development with Lead experience.

Project Management, Excellent Communication, Networking and Organising Skills.

Skilled in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, XRay, MS Excel, VBA & Macros tools

Good to have Technical skills

Sonarcube, Selenium, Application Security Testing, Grafana K6
