Lead Python Developer

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or combination of relevant education and experience. Skill Set: • Strong knowledge in python(For Systems) about ( 4 years to 7 years) • Good knowledge of debugging of code, Implementing best practices, Peer Review & Help in mentoring new person • Strong experience in database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift (For Systems) • Experience in handling high traffic web services and solving scaling issues (For Systems) • Expertise in practices like Agile, Peer reviews, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery • Experience in working with the AWS Ecosystem • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Great time management skills with the ability to work across different teams and functions.

Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for implementing a module at the clients environment • Ability to do project effort and schedule estimation, resource planning, daily tracking, status reporting, risk and issue management. • Day to day management and tracking of team activities, which includes task planning and allocation. • Review of code artefacts and technical documents within the project. • Overall responsibility of resolving technical issues for the assigned project/ module/component. • Highlight project risks and issues and take necessary steps to resolve them. • Strongly influence or take technical decision related to design and architecture. • Timely resolution/escalation of issues to the appropriate authority. • Additional responsibilities can be assigned based on project/function requirement by the respective reporting manager .
