Role & responsibilities

Brief description about the role:

The Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) Developer will be responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the companys vision, and supporting an MDM implementation on Informatica platform technologies. The MDM candidate should be able to design and develop the information architecture for a robust MDM platform in Reltio that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company’s strategic vision.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MDM strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage Reltio MDM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within budget and on time.
• Manage and lead the MDM team, including hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Ensure the quality of master data, including establishing data quality standards, conducting data profiling and analysis, and implementing data cleansing and enrichment processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data owners, and IT teams, to understand their data requirements and ensure that master data meets their needs.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Communicate MDM initiatives and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve MDM processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Willingness to pick up new technologies and develop POCs and MVPs for demonstrations.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MDM, data management, or related field using
• Reltio MDM platform
• Reltio Integration Hub
• 2+ years of experience managing MDM teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, is a plus
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, is a plus
• Good understanding of Data Profiling and Data Quality processes.
• Good experience in Python.
• Good understanding of data warehousing/Data Lake concepts and their applications.
• Strong data analysis skills. Proficient in writing complex and efficient SQL queries and tuning them for performance when required.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Strong SQL skills with understanding of developing efficient SQL queries and tuning them for performance.
• Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
