Job Description

As a lead, candidate will be responsible to fulfill the site requirements for Machine installation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result

Create drawing as per our equipment for the particular site

Ensure site readiness as per approved drawing.

Safety (MachineHuman being)

Percentage of completed projects meeting or exceeding quality standards and specifications, ensuring the engineer s adherence to quality control measures.
Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
Evaluation of design accuracy and optimization, considering factors such as material usage, structural integrity, and environmental impact, to assess the engineer s ability to deliver efficient and sustainable design
Assessment of the engineer s ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objective
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to address emerging issues and ensure project objectives are achieved within established constraints

A bachelor s degree or Diploma in civil engineering or a related field is typically required. Some universities may offer specialized tracks within civil engineering, such as structural engineering, transportation engineering, or environmental engineering
Technical Proficiency: Civil engineers should be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, structural analysis software, and other engineering tools
Civil engineers should be adaptable and flexible to accommodate changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements
