Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire clients for DevOps ,Java and other development services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
