Project Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting and supporting the State head in project onboarding and execution.
• Designing and controlling the project schedule.
• Preparing proposals for the projects and following up to grab the orders.
• Play a pivotal role between organization and customers to smooth rollout of projects.
• Tracking and communicating project opportunities.
• Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
• Closely work with Technical team and SCM team for project deployment
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
• Providing administrative support.
• Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
• Liaising with clients to determine the project's objectives.
• Handling financial queries and Billing of project.
• Create a project management calendar to fulfill the organizations goal and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B-Tech from reputed college/university
• 2-3 years experience.
• Telecommunications experience is a plus

• Working environments: Office work, field work can occur.
• Working Location: BLUETOWN office , Customer premises or Vendor office Travel: Can occur in case of field requirement
