Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
  
• Perform general accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, billing, and invoicing.
  
• Ensure timely completion of accounts finalization and submission to management for review.
  
• Maintain party reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  
• Provide support in preparing reports on sales, purchases, inventory levels, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in accountancy or related field (book keeping).
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of other accounting software an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
