The Technology Support and Requirements Manager will be responsible for providing technical
support and gathering requirements for technology solutions used by the Center. This role
involves ensuring the effective use of digital tools, supporting event technology needs, and
collaborating with the internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance
program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support,
requirements analysis, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
