- Analysing and reporting results of PR campaigns & initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Coordinate and implement communication strategies that align with client goals.
- Proactively gather client feedback to improve services and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed client records using CRM software .
