Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and initial interviews, to determine their suitability and fitment for our Client's requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring open and effective communication to keep them engaged and informed about the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand their specific needs and provide them with high-quality, pre-qualified candidates.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the quality of our talent pool.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's/master's degree in HR domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
