The Manager Business Development -Sponsorship Sales

Position Summary:

Will be responsible for engaging with organisations for soliciting sponsorships for the various sports events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell sponsorships for various events organised by the company from time to time
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including making and sending proposal identifying & Qualifying leads, making and sharing proposals to the target market, negotiating and closing deals

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in sport management and marketing is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
• Prior experience of up to 5 years in sport marketing, brand management, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of Sponsorship sales processes in the corporate world.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and passion for success & growth.
• Flexibility to work and travel as required for events and campaigns.
• Ability to work in a Goal oriented environment.
