Role & responsibilities
The Assistant Company Secretary will assist in managing the corporate governance, Statutory compliance, and secretarial functions for BLS Internatioanl and it's indian as well as global subsidiares. within the organization. The individual in this role will support the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper records, and facilitating smooth corporate operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification Required - Company Secretary
Experience- 6 to 10 years (must have experience in Companies Act, SEBI and worked with listed companies)
