Mission:
The mission of the Corporate Sales Executive is to establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, driving business growth and ensuring long-term success. This role entails managing critical accounts, fostering enduring customer connections, and capitalizing on sales opportunities to contribute significantly to the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
1. Identify and capitalize on business prospects by recognizing potential customers/clients within target segments.
2. Conduct visits to potential customers, with a focus on Institutions and Business Corporates, to cultivate new business opportunities.
3. Employ various strategies such as activities and presentations to generate business from prospective and existing customers.
4. Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with overall sales strategy, meeting or exceeding Manager-assigned targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Profiling customers to comprehensively understand their requirements and address their unique needs effectively.
2. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty.
3. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer-centric service delivery, emphasizing initiatives that result in long-term customer loyalty.
Reporting & Documentation:
1. Accurately record sales-related data and other pertinent information, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
2. Provide timely and relevant reports to the Manager, detailing sales performance and outcomes.
3. Analyze sales performance on a monthly basis, highlighting variances between targets and actual sales, and present these findings to the Manager.
