- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan sourcing professionals, providing training and guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate loan applications.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other referral partners to create a robust network for sourcing loans.
- Loan Application Process: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position loan products.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan origination goals, reporting progress to management regularly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the loan process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to facilitate smooth processing and approval of loans.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
