NCR).
Salary: ₹18,000-20,000 per month. (Freshers)

Salary: 25,000-30,000 per month (Experienced)

Job Description: We need self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and advance in sales. As a new Business Development Executive, you will receive one-month of intensive training to help you grasp the industry and sales processes.

Roles and responsibilities: (Freshers)

Identify potential clients.

Conduct market research to find and develop leads.
Assist in developing and nurturing customer connections.
Help the team achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in sales meetings and customer relations.
Maintain client databases and manage sales documents.
Attend trade events and exhibitions to market your company.

Roles and responsibilities: (Experienced)

Create and implement strategic sales programs to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients in fragrance industry.

Generate new leads and turn them into long-term customers.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and discussions with prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and then report to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to match sales strategy to business objectives.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements: (Freshers)

Education: Any graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales encouraged but not required).
Experience: New graduates or those with up to six months of sales/marketing experience.
Excellent communication abilities (both written and spoken).
Proactive, self-driven, and willing to learn.
Must live in Delhi NCR.

Requirements: (Experienced)

Education: Any graduate.
Experience: 1-3 years in the fragrance sector (required).
Excellent sales, networking, and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Must live in Delhi NCR.
