Staff Engineer - NPI Test

We're seeking an experienced Staff Engineer - NPI Test to develop and implement test solutions for power electronics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product transition
• Collaborate with test engineering team to design and build test fixtures for new products
• Develop and maintain test fixture BOMs, build instructions, and documentation
• Install test fixtures in production lines and train production staff
• Provide ongoing support for test issues and suggest improvements to increase production efficiency

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in power electronics or supporting customers through contract manufacturers
• Bachelor degree with Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
• Knowledge of high-power DC-DC converters and inverters
• Experience with Labview is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
