Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development technologies, a passion for coding, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Key :

Own and Enhance Blive Software Products and Modules from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and company standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketing team, operations team, sales team, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality web applications.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring the overall quality of the development team.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the performance and stability of web applications.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and new technologies as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React, Flutter, etc.
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python.
Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
Hands-on experience in integrating third-party APIs such as HubSpot.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
