Onboarding Head
Role Charter:
Depending on the function, the role is to identify problem statements specific to the function, design solutions, and drive end-to-end execution, while managing existing processes and team structure.
The following are only a few function-specific problems:
- Lead a team of 15 onboarding members and 10 members of support functions
- Design & bring efficiency in all internal processes, and automate processes through internal salesforce CRM
- Reduce post sale drop-off
- Scale Onboarding experience quality and quantity of the client
- Drive Efficiency with the inside sales team to reduce CAC
- Drive hiring projects Liaison with the Post onboarding teams to problem solve and increase Seller Lifetime KPI's.
- Report to the head of the function

Location: Work from Office, Bangalore
Ideal Fit:
- At Least 2 years of experience in Acquisition / Post Sales / Category Teams of marketplaces (amazon, flipkart, myntra etc)
- If non-marketplace background, then the strong experience in heading Acquisition/sales teams
- Experience in handling big teams and driving targets
- Has worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in client interfacing, and solving their problems directly
- Strong interpersonal skills
