IT Responsibilities:
1. IT Project Management:
- Plan and execute IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Conduct daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

2. Client Project Allocation:
- Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and client teams to allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of staff for client projects, matching skills and requirements.
- Drive project rollovers and extensions to maximize resource utilization.
3. Bench Resource Management:
- Manage the bench workforce, ensuring timely allocation to client projects.
- Develop strategies to minimize bench time and maximize resource productivity.
- Create and maintain resource availability dashboards for real-time updates.
4. Knowledge Management System (KMS):
- Design and maintain a centralized KMS for storing project documentation, resources, and best practices.
- Regularly update and audit the KMS for accessibility, security, and relevance.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate real-time reports on resource allocation, project health, and client satisfaction.
- Use tools like Power BI and advanced Excel for data visualization and insights.
- Provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership, including the VP of IT.
6. IT Technical Support Oversight:
- Coordinate with IT support teams to address hardware, software, and network issues for staff.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging IT tools and recommend their adoption for operational efficiency.
7. Recruitment Account Management:
- Partner with recruitment teams to fulfill IT staffing needs for client projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close resource deployment deals effectively.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Timesheet and Compliance Management:
- Oversee timesheet tracking, approval, and reporting to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with billing standards and policies.
- Manage timesheet discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
2. General Administrative Support:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into teams.
- Oversee employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Facilitate training and orientation programs for staff and new hires.
3. Vendor and Equipment Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors for hardware and software procurement.
- Oversee inventory management for IT equipment and office supplies.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office infrastructure.
4. Process Optimization:
- Review and enhance administrative workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement tools and solutions to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
5. Event Coordination:
- Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for event logistics and arrangements.
Core IT Competencies:
- Bench resource management and IT project allocation expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools like Power BI and Excel.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with IT resource roles, technologies, and project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in IT support processes and compliance standards.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT resource management, project management, or a similar role.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP are preferred.
