Blazeclan Technologies - Lead Python Developer - Aurora CosmoDB (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize cloud-native applications using AWS services.

This role involves leading a team, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring best coding practices while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications.

- Architect scalable and efficient backend solutions using AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, Aurora RDS, and ECS.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring low-latency and high availability.

- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications.

- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for cloud-based applications.

- Implement robust security, monitoring, and logging mechanisms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a cloud environment.

- Stay updated with the latest Python and AWS advancements to drive innovation.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong expertise in AWS services: Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, Aurora RDS, ECS.

- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in working with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

- Strong understanding of database management and optimization for DynamoDB and Aurora RDS.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration using ECS or Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus
