Blazeclan Technologies - Data Architect - ETL/Python (11-14 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable data architectures in a cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Java, Spark, Scala, API development, and Databricks, with a strong understanding of big data frameworks and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures on AWS.

- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.

- Architect and manage big data solutions, ensuring security, performance, and cost efficiency.

- Define data governance strategies, including data modeling, quality, and lineage tracking.

- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data integration across systems.

- Lead data migration and transformation initiatives from on-premise to cloud-based platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and software developers, to ensure efficient data processing.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in big data and cloud architecture.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 11+ years of experience in data architecture, big data engineering, and cloud technologies.

- Expertise in AWS cloud services related to data processing (Glue, S3, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, etc.

- Strong experience with Java, Spark, Scala, and distributed computing frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data analytics and processing.

- Proven ability in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for data access and integration.

- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Experience with real-time and batch data processing solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
