Data Architect - ETL (14-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data architectures for various business needs, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.

- Define data models, data flows, and data quality rules.

- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across the entire data lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT processes using tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator, or similar technologies.

- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues.

- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is a strong plus.

- Ensure adherence to data governance principles and best practices.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor junior team members.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to deliver successful data projects.

- Drive innovation and best practices within the data architecture team.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 14+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL development.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema).

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator, or similar.

- Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is a plus.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like SQL, Python, and shell scripting.
