Azure Microservices & Data Platform Developer - Python (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Azure Microservices & Data Platform Developer with expertise in Azure Integration Services, Data Engineering, and Python Development (Django/Flask).

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure services to build high-performance, event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy microservices and event-driven architectures using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Event Grid.

- Implement API-based integrations using Azure API Management (APIM) and Logic Apps.

- Develop and optimize Azure SQL solutions, stored procedures, and performance-tuned queries.

- Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Stream Analytics, and Databricks to process and transform large datasets.

- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability using Application Insights and Log Analytics.

- Design and develop Python-based services using Django and Flask frameworks.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices in Azure cloud-based solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural decisions with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure microservices and integration development.

- Expertise in Azure SQL, Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, Event Hub, and Event Grid.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Serverless computing, and Event-driven architecture.

- Experience in Python development with frameworks such as Django and Flask.

- Hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Stream Analytics, and Databricks for data processing and transformation.

- Strong understanding of monitoring and logging using Application Insights and Log Analytics.

- Knowledge of DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) in Azure.

- Experience with API development, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-305).

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) is a plus.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
