AI Engineer - LLM/RAG (5-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the founding team to drive AI innovations.

- Apply the latest AI techniques, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and NLP, to solve real-world problems.

- Design, build, and refine datasets to evaluate and continuously improve AI models.

- Ship end-to-end features, contributing across the entire stack.

- Participate in strategy and product ideation sessions, shaping the product roadmap.

- Take ownership of AI-driven projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LlamaIndex/LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace, FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, or applying Machine Learning to real-world problems.

- Strong background in building datasets for training and evaluating ML models.

- Experience with Postgres, SQLAlchemy, Alembic for data management.

- Working knowledge of OpenAI, Docker, Azure for cloud-based AI solutions.

- Exposure to Typescript, React for full-stack development is a plus.

- Ability to dive deep into domain problems, understand customer needs, and deliver impactful solutions.
