BlackBuck - Product Analyst (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, dashboards, etc

- Track performance of new product releases and measure impact.

- Define metrics to measure the health and success of all initiatives

- Identify the root cause for any issue in metrics and come up with insights

- Be the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization

- Do primary and secondary user research and gather insights

Must Have :

- 1-3 years of experience in Data analysis-related profile

- Proficiency and working knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must to have

- Experience in using analytical tools like R and Python is desirable

- Deadline-driven, ability to work independently

- Detail-oriented, with a strong passion for analytics and problem-solving

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
