Job Description

Blackbox Analytics Solutions Private Limited is looking for Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Receiving and reviewing customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinating with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Managing the order entry process, including creating and updating customer profiles and product information in the system.
Communicating with customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and any potential delays or issues.
Identifying opportunities to improve the order fulfillment process, such as streamlining procedures, reducing lead times, or improving communication with customers.
Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and customs requirements for international orders.
Knowledge of order management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
